Shipping costs

Shipping costs are 3.50 Euros in mainland France. Delivery is free of charge in metropolitan France starting from 60 Euros, inclusive of VAT. For other destinations, please contact us.  

Transporting your package

The standard shipping method is managed by GLS parcel delivery service, parcels delivered to door with a required signature. We will provide you with a link that will enable you to track the delivery of your package online. For metropolitan France, the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. For other destinations, delivery times range from 3 to 8 working days.

During the shipping process, any transportation risks will be borne by Microequilibre. Deliveries to post-office boxes are not possible. The products will be shipped to the delivery address indicated when the order was placed. However, if the customer is absent, the products can be delivered to a specific pick-up point, in which case the carrier will inform the buyer by leaving a notice in the mailbox.
