What's EQUILIBRE Digest?

EQUILIBRE DIGEST consists of L-glutamine and 8 bacterial strains (lactobacilli and bifidobacteria) naturally present in the human intestine, for a total of 20 billion bacteria. Zinc and vitamin B9 are involved in cell synthesis and renewal. Curcumin, contained in turmeric, is the subject of numerous studies highlighting its interest in intestinal comfort.
Instructions of use
It is advisable to take 1 sachet per day in the morning on an empty stomach 5 to 15 minutes before breakfast as a 3-month course of treatment, to be repeated.

For children, ½ sachet per day is recommended.
