ÉQUILIBRE COLLAGÈNE MARIN 10GR is composed of NatiCol® marine collagen as the main active ingredient and vitamin C.
NatiCol® marine collagen is an extremely pure form of marine collagen, extracted from fish. Its action has been demonstrated in numerous clinical studies. Naticol® marine collagen also contains 8 different amino acids in massive quantities with very low molecular weight 2kDa (2000 Daltons) and which favors bioavailability. Vitamin C optimizes collagen formation to ensure the proper function of the skin, bones and cartilage.

Utilisation
We recommend taking 1 dose of 10 g, made up of 2 level measuring spoonfuls (up to the 10 ml mark), per day, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice.
Our powder is designed for easy dilution with a neutral taste (no artificial flavors). Simply add the powder to your water or fruit juice, and mix with a spoon or other utensil (shaker).
We recommend taking it in 2 daily doses (1 measuring spoonful diluted in a glass of water), spread throughout the day, or taking it in 1 dose (2 measuring spoonfuls diluted in a large glass of water or a small bottle to accompany it).
