What is COMPLEXE MAGNÉSIUM 3+ PREMIUM?
MAGNÉSIUM 3+ is formulated from 3 of the most bioavailable magnesium salts, namely magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium glycerophosphate and magnesium citrate. Magnesium helps to support psychological functioning and helps to regain energy. Vitamin B6, vitamin D and taurine are co-factors that promote the assimilation of magnesium.

Utilisation
It is recommended to take :
Adults: 4 gelcaps per day: 2 gelcaps in the morning and 2 gelcaps in the evening during the meal with a glass of water as a 2-month renewable course of treatment.
For children and adolescents (6 to 18 years old): 3 gelcaps per day with the evening meal in a 2-month renewable course of treatment.
