INGREDIENTS: Maltodextrin; sugar; glycine; vegetable proteins: pea protein (5.5%), rice protein (2. 8%); calcium hydroxy methyl butyrate (HMB); creatine monohydrate; natural flavor; minerals: tripotassium citrate, magnesium citrate, trisodium citrate; L-Ornithine hydrochloride; L-Leucine (sunflower lecithin); N-Acetyl-Cysteine; thickener: xanthan gum; vitamins: vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin B8.

Utilisation

Mix 3 pods (55g), equivalent to 1 portion, in 250 ml of fresh water. Disperse powder with a whisk or shaker until completely dissolved. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before use, preferably within 30 minutes of exercise.

Consume immediately after preparation. No other preparation method is recommended. Do not freeze.
