The contents of traditional gelatin-based gelcaps are released almost immediately on contact with stomach acids, with complete disintegration observed 15 minutes after ingestion. This rapid dissolution of active ingredients can be damaging for certain ingredients and nutrients that are highly sensitive to pH acids, such as essential oils, and give rise to s highly unpleasant reflux phenomena.
DR gelcaps™ begin releasing their contents within an average of 52 minutes after ingestion, to be fully disintegrated 72 minutes after swallowing. This release occurs after the gelcaps have passed through the stomach. The release of the active ingredients, in this case the essential oils, occurs in the intestine for ideal bio-availability.

Lithothamnium powder (Lithothamnium calcareum) thallus, Absorbent : Silica, Envelop Shell*: Dr-Caps® plant gelatin, Essential oils: Lemon (Citrus limon) zest, Ravintsara (Cinnamomum camphora) leaf, Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) bark, Clove (Syzygium aromaticum), Bay laurel (Laurus nobilis) leaf.
*Naturally acid-resistant gelatin for intestinal release and stomach protection, even before a meal if taken on an empty stomach.

Utilisation
It is recommended that you take 3 to 6 gelcaps a day. (General case: 1 gelcaps 3 times a day. If necessary (adults): up to 2 capsules 3 times a day).
Avoid a prolonged use beyond 14 days.
