What are pullulan gelcaps?
Pullulan is an all-natural polysaccharide (carbohydrate polymer) obtained by fermenting tapioca or cornstarch, using a strain of fungus (Aureobasidium pullulans). In addition to its 100% plant-based composition, its manufacture requires no chemical additives.
