INGREDIENTS: Cluster-dextrine; maltodextrin; vegetable proteins: pea protein (11.1%), rice protein (4.8%); glycine; isomaltulose; minerals: tripotassium citrate, trisodium citrate, magnesium citrate, zinc gluconate; natural aroma: acerola extract (Malpighia Glabra) titrated in vitamin C; Citrulline base; L-alanine, hesperidin, L-Glutamine; vitamins;  vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin B8.

Utilisation

Mix 3 pods (45g), equivalent to 1 portion, in 550 ml of cool water. Fold powder in with a whisk or shaker until completely dissolved. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before use, preferably within 30 minutes of exercise.

Consume immediately after preparation. No other preparation method is recommended. Do not chill or freeze.
