What is TRYPTOÉQUILIBRE?

TRYPTO BALANCE is a combination of 3 amino acids, serine, valine and tryptophan. The latter is a precursor of serotonin, commonly known as the happiness hormone. Magnesium bisglycinate (in this form magnesium has the best possible bioavailability, i.e. it is very well assimilated by the body) associated with vitamins B, it contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system, and promotes good psychological faculties while reducing fatigue.

It is advisable to take 4 capsules a day, from 5 p.m. onwards with a glass of water.

As a 3-month course of treatment, to be repeated.
