What is MAGNÉSIUM 3+?
MAGNÉSIUM 3+ is formulated from 3 of the most bioavailable magnesium salts, namely magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium glycerophosphate and magnesium citrate. Magnesium helps to support psychological functioning and helps to regain energy. Vitamin B6, vitamin D and taurine are co-factors that promote the assimilation of magnesium.
- Instructions of use
It is advisable to take :
Adults: 4 tablets per day: 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening during the meal with a glass of water as a 2-month course of treatment to be renewed.
For children and adolescents (6 to 18 years old): 3 tablets per day in the evening with a meal, crushed in a compote for the child in a 2-month course of treatment, to be repeated.
