ÉQUILIBRE SÉRÉNITÉ is composed of extracts of St. John's Wort, a perennial plant traditionally known to be the ally of good humour and to help the body manage emotional stress. St. John's Wort, combined with magnesium and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12 help to preserve serenity and inner calm.
Instructions of use
It is advisable to take 2 capsules a day, with a large glass of water or with a meal.

As a 3-month course of treatment to be repeated twice a year.
Precautions of use
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
