What is EQUILIBRE Q10 + OMEGA 3?

Coenzyme Q10 is required for the production of cellular energy (ATP) by mitochondria, and transports high-energy electrons between mill 1 and mill 2 of the oxidative phosphorylation chain.

Coenzyme Q10 is also one of the endogenous antioxidant molecules.

Coenzyme Q10 can be produced by the body via the mevalonate or HMG-CoA reductase pathway from acetyl coenzyme A.

Its synthesis declines with age and under certain metabolic conditions.

Needs may be increased in athletes, the elderly or those suffering from intense fatigue.

Coenzyme Q10 can also be supplied by the diet, but in very small quantities.

The ubiquinol used in EQUILIBRE Q10+OMEGA 3 is the active, non-oxidized reduced form of Coenzyme Q10, produced naturally by biofermentation using a process patented by Kaneka.

Ubiquinol is the active, non-oxidized form of CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10) that can be easily used by your body.

The XO® process guarantees the stability of polyunsaturated fatty acids according to the Rancimat* test:
- Marine oils: omega 3 (EPA and DHA)
