What is ÉQUILIBRE ÉMOTIONNEL?

ÉQUILIBRE ÉMOTIONNEL is composed mainly of tyrosine. Tyrosine is an amino acid involved in the synthesis of catecholamines (adrenaline, dopamine, noradrenaline and DOPA) as part of an appropriate protein diet. Magnesium bisglycinate acts in synergy with vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12 to maintain good psychological functions and reduce fatigue.

It is advisable to take 4 capsules per day, on an empty stomach 15 minutes before a breakfast including protein, accompanied by a large glass of water.
